Gareth creates new TV Rugby Show

27th January 2017

At the start of 2017 Gareth has created a new online TV show - The Yorkshire Rugby Union Show.

As the name suggests, the programme is all about showcasing rugby union in Yorkshire, a game and region that lacks in media coverage currently.

It is a sole production with Gareth producing, filimg, editting and presenting the show by himself, as he looks to help promote all the good work going on within clubs in the county.

The monthly shows can be watch on the Yorkshire Rugby Union YouTube Channel

You can find more informaiton at or on Twitter @YorkshireRUshow.

"I wanted to do something to help promote the great game of rugby union in our county and get my teeth into a new project involving rugby," said Gareth.

"There is so much good going on in Yorkshire, which boosts more union clubs than any other county. But with the likes of football and rugby league so strong here, union doesn't always get the pubicity and coverage it deserves. So I hope I can play a part in improving that.

"From a personal point of view, filming, editting and presenting the show myself is giving me more TV experience and adding more strings to my bow as I look to improve my skills set and move my career further forward."
